Run your roster on numbers you can defend.
FanOptik is the CRM your team works in all day: one merged inbox across the roster, sending tools, campaigns, segments and the content vault. And under the workspace, the layer no other CRM has: earnings reconciled against the OnlyFans Statements page, sales credited to shifts, and payroll computed from records nobody can quietly edit. When a chatter asks why their check is what it is, you open the report and show them.
I run an agency →I am an independent creator →
The money is real. The records are not.
The dashboard says one number, the Statements page says another
Most tools estimate earnings from the activity feed. Estimates drift. Payday turns into an argument about whose number is right.
Two chatters claim the same tip
A $400 tip lands and two people say it was theirs. Without a shift record and an attribution rule that cannot be gamed, the loudest one wins.
Payroll is a spreadsheet one person understands
Hours in one tab, commission rules in someone’s head, bonuses negotiated in DMs. Chatter pay disputes already reach the California Labor Commissioner. A spreadsheet is not a defense.
Every chatter seat holds a live creator login
One bad exit and you are rotating passwords across the whole roster at 2am, hoping nothing was downloaded on the way out.
Every claim on this site is one you can verify.
Sources and methodology for every number on this site live on the references page.
One system for the money, the people and the proof.
One dashboard, every account
Earnings, subscriptions, tips, PPV, customs and refunds across the whole roster or drilled into one creator, reconciled against the Statements page.
The Shift Console
Chatters get their own logins, clock into shifts, and see their own hours and credited revenue. Credit follows the shift roster, so it cannot be claimed by whoever messages last.
Payroll that computes itself
Hours times rate, plus tiered commission, plus bonuses. Periods lock when you close them, so last month’s numbers stay last month’s numbers.
Reversal and chargeback detection
Spots the gap between what the feed showed and what the statement paid, flags repeat offenders across creators, and alerts you before payday, not after.
Growth analytics
Earnings forecasts, the Coverage Map, fan cohorts, cross roster benchmarks and the PPV Price Ladder that shows what each fan segment actually pays.
Your brand, your data
White label on your own subdomain. Each agency runs in its own isolated database with an API and webhooks, and you can export everything, any time.
Eight questions every agency gets asked. Eight answers with receipts.
Each layer answers one question a creator, a chatter or a tax accountant will eventually ask you. Together they are the difference between running an agency and defending one.
Where did the money come from? Statement Sync
Every dollar is reconciled against the Statements page, the same page OnlyFans pays out from. Net figures, not inflated gross.
Who earned it? Shift attribution
Credit follows the shift schedule you set, not whoever typed last. Anything that cannot be attributed is published as an unattributed percentage instead of being silently assigned.
What came back out? Reversal detection
Chargebacks and reversals are detected from statement gaps, tied to the fan who caused them, and tracked across every creator they touch.
What should this content cost? The Price Ladder
Per creator, per segment: what fans actually paid at each PPV price point, so pricing decisions stop being folklore.
Is anyone actually on? The Coverage Map
A map of scheduled shifts against actual clock ins, gaps and overlaps included, so you find the empty Tuesday 3am slot before a spender does.
What does the next shift need to know? Handover
Promises made, follow ups due, and a required acknowledgement at clock in. The handover lives on the creator, not in a Notion doc nobody opens.
What is everyone owed? Payroll
Hours, rates, tiered commission and bonuses computed from the same attribution record everyone can see. Locked periods mean no quiet edits after the fact.
Why should creators trust you? Transparency
Creators can see anonymised coverage and performance bands for their own account. In an industry where a 2026 BBC investigation documented allegations of managers controlling and misreporting creators’ earnings, showing your work is a competitive weapon.
Live on your roster in days, not quarters.
Book a walkthrough
20 minutes on your numbers and your setup. No deck, no pressure, and we will tell you if this is not a fit.
Connect your roster
Accounts connect once and sync read only, one to two gentle pulls a day, staggered and paced to look like nothing at all.
Put your team on shifts
Chatters get their own logins and clock in. From day one, revenue lands against a shift and a named person.
Run payroll from the record
Close the period, review the computed pay, lock it, export it. The argument about who earned what simply stops happening.
What Monday morning looks like with records.
Illustrative view with sample data. Every figure in the product is stamped with its source.
Built different where it counts.
Reconciled, not estimated
Figures are graded Statement, Ledger or Derived and reconciled to the page OnlyFans actually pays from. If a number is inferred, it says so on the label.
No logins on chatter machines
Analytics sync is read only through a licensed access layer. Live account work happens in a locked server side session with the creator’s own dedicated IP and fingerprint, streamed to the chatter’s screen. Credentials never leave the server.
Attribution that cannot be farmed
Tools that credit whoever messaged last teach chatters to snipe tips. FanOptik credits the shift owner, every time, and publishes what it could not attribute.
Pay disputes end with a report
Chatter wage disputes are already being adjudicated by the California Labor Commissioner. When the question comes, you answer with a locked payroll record, not a memory.
Fan data handled like it matters
Message content is never stored. No free text notes about fans. Detailed records anonymise after 24 months. The full policy is published, in plain English, on this site.
Yours, not ours
White label under your name, on your subdomain, in your own isolated database. Full export any time. If you leave, your records leave with you.
Agencies that pay people. Creators that hire people.
For agencies
Rosters from 5 to 75+ creators, with chatters across time zones. You need one screen for the owner, honest per shift numbers for team leads, and payroll that survives an audit.
- Agency wide roll up plus per creator drill down
- Per chatter hours, credited revenue and pay, computed the same way every month
- Creator facing transparency that helps you win and keep talent
For independent creators
You run your own account and pay one or two chatters, or you are choosing an agency and want to check the numbers you are given. Your account, your data, your rules.
- Earnings that match your Statements page, not a hopeful estimate
- Know exactly what each hire earned on their shifts before you pay them
- No login sharing: your credentials never sit on someone else’s laptop
Flat plans. Unlimited seats. No cut of your sales.
Solo creators start at $29 a month. Agencies run on flat plans by roster size with every team seat included. Billed monthly, or annually with 2 months free. Every plan starts with a 14 day pilot on your real roster, no card required.
Solo
For creators managing their own account: reconciled earnings, fan CRM and PPV price suggestions. Solo Pro adds forecasts, cohorts and the Price Ladder at $49.
Growth
Up to 25 creators, the whole platform, unlimited team seats. Agency plans start at $349 for up to 10 creators.
Pro, Agency and Enterprise
Up to 50 creators on Pro at $1,699, up to 75 on Agency at $2,999, custom beyond that. White label under your own brand from the Agency plan up.
Security you can enumerate.
Read-only by default through licensed access. Passkey logins. Creator credentials server side, never on chatter machines. One database per agency. Encrypted, off-site, restore-tested backups. An agency-wide kill switch. Fan message content never stored.
Ten founding slots. Counted honestly.
We are early and we price that in. The first 10 agencies to complete a pilot and stay get things later customers will not:
- A direct line to the founder, not a support queue
- A real vote on the roadmap: founding requests get built first
- First verified case study slots, published with named methodology when your numbers are real
- Onboarding done with you, roster migration included
No fake urgency: when the 10 slots are taken, this section comes down and says so.
We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
You will not find a wall of borrowed logos on this site, because we do not have one yet. What we have is a product built on one conviction: in an industry where a BBC investigation documented allegations of managers misreporting earnings to the very creators they represent, the agencies that win the next five years will be the ones that can prove their numbers.
So every figure FanOptik shows is stamped with where it came from. Every stat on this site is cited on the references page. And our founding agencies get a direct line to me and a product roadmap they get to shape.
If FanOptik is not a fit for how you run your business, I will tell you on the first call. That is cheaper for both of us.
The founder
Before you ask
What exactly is FanOptik?
The complete CRM for OnlyFans agencies and independent creators. Chatters work their whole day inside it: one merged inbox across their assigned creators, sending tools, mass campaigns, smart segments and the content vault. Underneath the workspace sits the layer no other CRM has: earnings reconciled against the Statements page, revenue attributed to scheduled shifts, computed payroll, reversal detection, and a transparent view for every creator on the roster.
Is it safe for the creator accounts?
Safety is the design constraint everything else bends around. Sync is read only, runs one to two times a day, staggered and paced, and hard stops the moment an account is challenged. Live account work runs in a server side session with the creator’s own dedicated IP and fingerprint. Third party tooling of any kind sits outside OnlyFans’ terms of service, so we minimise the footprint instead of pretending the question does not exist. Use FanOptik only with accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Do my chatters ever see a creator’s password?
No. Chatters log into FanOptik with their own accounts. Credentials are used once to establish a connection, then discarded: never stored, never logged, never on a chatter’s machine.
We already run another CRM. Why switch?
Because FanOptik does the daily job your CRM does, the inbox, the sending tools, the campaigns, the vault, and then the job it cannot: proving the numbers. Reconciled earnings, shift attribution, computed payroll, reversal detection. Run the 14 day pilot side by side with what you use today. If FanOptik does not hold up as the daily workspace and win on the numbers, stay where you are. If it does, you consolidate to one tool and one bill.
What does it cost?
Solo creators start at $29 a month, $49 for Solo Pro. Agencies run on flat plans by roster size: $349 for up to 10 creators, $849 for up to 25, $1,699 for up to 50, $2,999 for up to 75, custom beyond that. Unlimited team seats on every plan, no revenue share, and annual billing gives you 2 months free. Details on the pricing page.
How is fan data handled?
Purchase amounts, dates and types are recorded so income can be accounted for. Message content is never stored, there are no free text notes about fans, and detailed records anonymise after 24 months. The full plain English statement is published here.
Every week without records is a week you cannot prove.
The next pay dispute, creator question or chargeback wave is coming either way. 20 minutes now decides whether you meet it with a report or a guess.
The complete CRM for OnlyFans agencies and independent creators. From the inbox to the payout, numbers you can defend.
