We exist so the people doing the work can prove it.
FanOptik is a CRM built around one conviction: the creator economy’s biggest unsolved problem is not reach or content. It is trust in the numbers. Creators do not trust agency reports. Chatters do not trust commission math. Agencies cannot prove either wrong. We build the record that settles it.
This industry runs on numbers nobody can check.
A BBC investigation in June 2026 documented allegations of managers controlling and misreporting their own creators’ earnings. Chatter wage disputes are reaching the California Labor Commissioner. And the standard toolkit, shared logins and estimated dashboards, makes honest operators look exactly like dishonest ones, because neither can prove anything.
Meanwhile the tools this industry uses were built around the inbox: send more, send faster. Useful, but none of them can answer the three questions every creator business eventually faces. Did the money actually land? Who earned it? Can you prove it?
The gap between agencies that thrive and agencies that implode is rarely talent. It is whether their numbers survive being questioned.
Four principles, applied everywhere.
Numbers you can defend
Every figure carries its source: Statement, Ledger or Derived. If we cannot ground a number, we label it. If we cannot label it, we do not show it.
Safety before features
A feature that risks the account is not a feature. Read only sync, tiny footprints, server side sessions and hard stops win every internal argument, every time.
Transparency in both directions
Chatters see their own numbers. Creators see how their account is run. The same record serves everyone, which is exactly why it can be trusted.
Boring reliability
Payroll software does not get to be exciting. Over 300 automated tests, isolated per agency databases, encrypted backups tested by restoring them, and no surprises.
From first call to steady state.
A straight walkthrough
20 minutes on your roster and your pain points. If FanOptik is not the right tool for you, we say so on that call.
A real pilot
14 days on your actual accounts, checked against your actual Statements pages. Demo data proves nothing.
Team onboarding
Chatters on their own logins, shifts scheduled, handover flowing. Most teams are fully moved in within a week.
Steady state
Nightly syncs, locked payrolls, and a founding agency channel straight to the people building the product.
What we hold ourselves to.
Every marketing stat is cited. The references page sources every number on this site. If we cannot source it, we do not say it.
Credentials are pass through only. Used once to connect, then discarded. Never stored, never logged, never on a team machine.
Fan message content is never stored. Counts, yes. Content, never. Enforced by tests, published in our fan data statement.
Honesty about limits. Nobody can measure who typed a message, including us. We infer from schedules, label it, and publish the unattributed share.
Your data leaves with you. Full export on every plan, any time. Retention is a product quality problem, not a hostage situation.
Authorised accounts only. FanOptik is for accounts you own or are authorised to manage. We say this everywhere, because it matters.
Small team, strong opinions, receipts.
FanOptik is founder led and independently built. We are not a venture factory shipping a dashboard a quarter, and we are not a reseller wrapping someone else’s product. The analytics engine, the Shift Console, the payroll math and the safety layer are ours, built for this industry specifically.
Being small is a feature at this stage: founding agencies talk to the person who builds the thing, and the roadmap moves on what operators actually need, not what a board wants announced.
