Features › AI drafts and translation
AI writes the draft, your chatter sends it
Press Suggest in the inbox and get three replies written in the creator’s voice. Pick one, and it drops into the message box. Edit it, then press Send yourself. No AI-written message reaches a fan until a person on your team presses Send.
Chatters who work better in another language can read and write in it. FanOptik translates the fan’s messages for them, and before their reply goes out, it translates the reply back into the fan’s language.
Off until you switch it on
A new workspace has AI reply help switched off. The owner or an admin turns it on in Settings, and that same screen shows how much of this month’s allowance you’ve used.
Translation has its own switch, called “Let staff translate chats.” It also starts off. You can turn on one without the other.
What a chatter sees
Suggest gives three drafts, and Improve rewrites what the chatter already typed. It can make a draft friendlier or shorter. It can also make it flirtier or fix the grammar. A third tab sums up the conversation so far.

Demo workspace, made-up messages. If a suggestion fails the safety check, it is dropped, and the popover says how many were held back.
What leaves FanOptik, and what stays
Sent to the AI
The conversation text it needs
For a draft, FanOptik sends the recent chat text and spend signals like the last purchase. Fan names and handles are swapped for placeholders before it leaves. So are emails and links. Long numbers and payment app names are removed too.
The AI provider is Anthropic, listed on our sub-processors page. Anthropic doesn’t use the text FanOptik sends through its API to train AI models.
Kept by FanOptik
A usage record and nothing more
We log who asked for each draft and for which creator, along with how the chatter used it. We don’t keep the suggestion text or the fan’s messages.
A safety check throws away risky drafts before a chatter sees them. That covers other apps and payment off the platform. It also covers meeting up and anything about minors.
Each creator’s voice
For each creator, the owner writes a short note on how she writes and a list of things to avoid. Pick an emoji level, from none up to lots. You can give a price floor and a price ceiling, or tell the AI never to name a price at all.
Chatters can see the voice notes in the popover. That way, they know what the drafts are steered by. Solo creators set up their own voice the same way.
Chat in your own language
Once the owner turns on staff translation in Settings, each chatter can pick a working language from the globe in the messenger, and as the fan’s messages come on screen, they show in that language. The chatter’s reply is turned into the fan’s language, and drafts show both versions before sending.
17 working languages, plus English. A fan’s language is detected from their messages, and if detection gets it wrong, a chatter can set it by hand. Translation uses the same name-and-link scrubbing as drafts.
What we won’t build
Some tools let AI chat with fans as the creator around the clock, but FanOptik won’t build that. Fans pay to talk to a person, and OnlyFans keeps tightening its rules on who is speaking.
So a person writes or approves every word a fan reads. The AI makes that person faster. Your automated welcome or renewal messages still go out from templates your team wrote without AI.
Common questions
Does AI reply help cost extra?
It’s included in every plan, with a monthly allowance that depends on the plan. The settings screen shows how much you have used this month.
Can a chatter send a suggestion without reading it?
A suggestion only fills the message box. The chatter still has to press Send under their own login. The message log records it as theirs.
Which AI model writes the drafts?
Claude, made by Anthropic. FanOptik uses Anthropic’s paid API, and Anthropic doesn’t train models on what we send through it.
