Features › Creator invoicing
Bill your creators from numbers they can check
Set each creator’s rate once. When their billing period closes, FanOptik drafts the invoice from their sales and checks it against their OnlyFans Statements page. You read the draft and press Issue. The creator then sees it in their own login.
Each line shows the rate and the amount it was taken from. It also shows how many sales sit behind it, and one click opens those sales.
An invoice, line by line
Here is a monthly draft for one creator billed at 30% of net. The four checks run before you can issue it, and the creator sees them too.
Demo workspace, made-up figures. This agency’s rule bills tips and messages, so subscriptions are left out. If a check fails, the button changes to “Issue anyway” and shows the warning.
What you set once per creator
Each creator gets one billing rule under Money › Invoices. Every field has a plain default, so most rules take about a minute to set up.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| How often | Every week / every 2 weeks / twice a month / every month / one-off with no schedule. |
| Billed on | Gross is before the OnlyFans 20%. Net is the amount that actually landed. |
| Rate | Follow your agency’s commission setting or give this creator a rate per source. |
| Retainer and minimum fee | A fixed amount each period and a floor the invoice tops up to. |
| Hold-back | Days to wait after the period closes, so late refunds land before the draft. |
| Payment due in | Days after you issue it, or seven if you leave it alone. |
| Reminders | On or off for this creator. |
| When a period closes | Draft it for me to check / send it automatically / do nothing. |
Change a creator’s rate on the 15th and that month’s invoice splits at the 15th and bills each half at its own rate.
Automatic sending, with three holds
FanOptik checks for closed periods every hour. Automatic sending issues each invoice for you. It holds one back in these cases:
- The first invoice under a new rule. A new rate gets a person’s eyes once before it goes out.
- A total of zero or less. A zero total waits as a draft until you look at it.
- Any check that did not pass. A gap in the sync or a swing against recent periods holds the invoice for you to read.

In the creator’s login
Only what you issued
Drafts never show. Once you issue an invoice, the creator sees it with the same four checks you saw. Your payment details are on it too.
In yours
The whole history
You see every draft and every reminder sent. Each invoice keeps a dated history of every step and who took it. That runs from the draft to the payment or credit.
Reminders that end with a person
Turn reminders on and unpaid invoices are chased on a fixed ladder. Each stage fires once.
| When | Notice | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| 3 days before due | Invoice due in a few days | Creator |
| 1 day after due | Invoice is now due | Creator |
| 7 and 14 days after | A week, then two weeks overdue | Creator |
| 30 and 45 days after | A month, then 45 days overdue | Creator |
| 60 days after | Needs a human | You |
Reminders arrive as notices in the creator’s FanOptik login. If the creator has no login, they come to you. If an invoice is already late when you issue it, only the latest stage fires. You can also send one reminder a day by hand.
Issued invoices don’t change
An issued invoice is frozen. A later refund or a fresh sync can’t rewrite it. A refund from a billed month may turn up later. It then rides on the next invoice as a credit line. The September tip in the example works this way.
To cancel part or all of an invoice, issue a credit note. It gets its own number in a CN- series. The original stays exactly as sent. Because invoice numbers are handed out in order at the moment of issue, a discarded draft never leaves a gap in your numbering.
How creators pay you
The creator pays you directly, and FanOptik never holds or moves the money.
By default you add your bank transfer instructions or other payment details once. They print on every invoice under “How to pay” and freeze at issue, so a later change of bank won’t alter an invoice already sent. When the money arrives, use Record payment to mark the invoice paid and note the method.
If you already bill through PayPal or Stripe, you can connect your own account in Settings and send an invoice there. The creator then gets a Pay this invoice button that opens your PayPal or Stripe page.
