Plan a week of shoutouts between your own creators
In a shout-for-shout, two creators promote each other to their own fans. FanOptik suggests the pairs and fills in each side’s caption and link. Once you approve, both shoutouts go out as mass messages.
Partners only come from your own roster. Because fan counts and track records are read from accounts you already manage, nobody types in their own numbers.
This week’s swaps
The planner opens on the current week. Every swap shows who promotes whom and where it stands. It also shows what the link picked up after the send.
Demo workspace, made-up figures. A click on a tracking link is a click and nothing more, so the column says which kind of number it is. A swap nobody answers in time shows as Expired. A declined or withdrawn swap says so too.
From suggestion to sent
Want it hands-off? With the rotation on, a second switch approves and launches each week’s proposals for you. Both switches start off.
How a pair is scored
Every suggestion carries a score out of 100, split into three parts, so you can see why two creators were matched.
Some pairs are never suggested. FanOptik skips a pair with a swap still open and a pair that traded in the last 30 days. It also skips creators who have opted out or aren’t connected, and archived ones. By default, each creator gets one pairing a week. You can change the audience range, the no-repeat window and the weekly cap in the directory settings.
Each creator’s kit
A kit holds everything FanOptik needs to send one creator’s half of a swap, so nobody has to rebuild it every week. It has a default caption from the creator’s caption library. Captions can use {partner} and {partner_handle} and {partner_link}. These fill in for each swap.
The kit also sets the link partners use for this creator. That can be a free trial link or a tracking link, or just the profile. You can pick promo images from the vault for each partner. When the caption is missing #ad, FanOptik adds it. You can turn that off.
Limits it keeps
- Three promos per creator per day, by default. A launch past the cap waits and goes out once the 24 hours allow it.
- The same checks as any mass message. Each side goes out through the normal mass message path and gets the same screening.
- Results count everything the link got. Visits from anywhere else that week are in the count too. A post on social media is one example. The results card says so.
- No baseline means no number. If FanOptik has no reading of the trial link from before the send, the result says Not measured instead of showing a zero.
